    Client is a PCAOB registered CPA Firm in Central Phoenix looking for Staff and Senior level auditors. We are a well established firm offering a great opportunity for career minded auditors, excellent benefits, and tremendous experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory, and a CPA or CPA candidate is a plus. Salary commensurate to experience.

    Senior Job Duty Qualifications:

    • Master’s or Bachelor degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
    • A minimum of 2 years of audit experience necessary
    • CPA certification
    • Know and understand the reasons behind the firm’s policies and procedures.
    • Possess a strong command of GAAP, complex financial instruments, unique or specialized accounting principles, and financial statement presentations.
    • Significant experience with periodic reporting under SEC filing requirements, exposure to registration statements, and private offerings.
    • Have a thorough understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, audit procedures, and techniques.
    • Assume responsibility for efficiently supervising both audit and non-audit engagements.
    • Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants.
    • Develop quality client relationships and loyalty.
    • Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
    • Significant upside potential for Partnership.

    Staff Job Duty Qualifications:

    • Master’s or Bachelor degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
    • CPA (or CPA Candidate).
    • Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional analytical skills.
