Senior Auditors
Client is a PCAOB registered CPA Firm in Central Phoenix looking for Staff and Senior level auditors. We are a well established firm offering a great opportunity for career minded auditors, excellent benefits, and tremendous experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory, and a CPA or CPA candidate is a plus. Salary commensurate to experience.
Senior Job Duty Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 2 years of audit experience necessary
- CPA certification
- Know and understand the reasons behind the firm’s policies and procedures.
- Possess a strong command of GAAP, complex financial instruments, unique or specialized accounting principles, and financial statement presentations.
- Significant experience with periodic reporting under SEC filing requirements, exposure to registration statements, and private offerings.
- Have a thorough understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, audit procedures, and techniques.
- Assume responsibility for efficiently supervising both audit and non-audit engagements.
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants.
- Develop quality client relationships and loyalty.
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
- Significant upside potential for Partnership.
Staff Job Duty Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
- CPA (or CPA Candidate).
- Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional analytical skills.
